FREE SHIPPING
On all pre-paid orders within India, we provide free delivery.
Unfortunately, we do not have a cash-on-delivery policy.
Please record a video of yourself unpacking your shipment in order to claim any damage or missing items.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMELINE
For every regular purchase the order will be shipped within 2-5 business days.
The shipment for energized crystal by ‘Bhairavi Sharma will take up to 10 business days to dispatch (delivery within India).
Dispatch may take longer on holidays, special events, or due to governmental restrictions.
International shipping – It will be dispatched within 10 business days from the date of ordering.
Depending on your location, it typically takes 5-7 business days following shipping. Please do not accept the package if it has been tampered with.

ORDER TRACKING
You will receive an email with a tracking number/ID as soon as your product is dispatched. To assist with purchase tracking, please contact us at info@nevishcrystals.com.
MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
Within India minimum order value is INR 1200/-
For International minimum order value is INR 10,000/- + Shipping
Shipping Charges
– International orders have shipping charges of INR 6000/- (up to 1 KG parcel)
– Please contact info@nevishcrystals.com for the shipping charges of parcel beyond 1 KG
– Shipping within India is free
For International Shipping
Any customs or VAT levied in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please provide your entire delivery address, phone number, and email address.
Your items will be sent within 10 days after the order date.
If the items are delivered within India, applicable taxes will be levied.
Any festival holidays that occur during order preparation will be added to the processing time.
Based on the products requested by the client, our team will contact to inform them if their order will be dispatched in a single shipment or in two shipments.
Therefore, the second shipment charges will be asked to pay.
